Set up recurring tasks

Recurring tasks are how Coralynx remembers maintenance for you. Water changes, filter sock swaps, dosing refills, skimmer cleanings — anything on a schedule.

Create a recurring task

  1. Open Tasks in the sidebar and click New task.
  2. Give it a short title (Water change — 90g mixed reef).
  3. Pick a tank (or leave it unassigned for organization-wide tasks).
  4. Set the schedule — every N days, weekly on a chosen weekday, or monthly on a date.
  5. Save.

Completing a task

When a task comes due, it shows up on the dashboard. Click Mark done; Coralynx records the completion date and schedules the next occurrence.

Skipping or rescheduling

You can skip a single occurrence (it'll come back next interval) or push the next due date out from the task's detail page.

Pair with equipment

Many tasks are really equipment service. Linking a task to a piece of equipment puts the task on the equipment's history view too.
