Add a tank
Tanks are the anchor for everything else in Coralynx. You can have as many as you like — display, frag, quarantine, even non-reef.
Required fields
- Name — anything short and unique inside your organization.
- Volume — in gallons or litres, depending on your unit preference.
Optional but useful
- Type — reef, softie-dominant, freshwater, etc. Used in filters.
- Target parameter ranges — alk, calcium, magnesium, salinity, temperature. These power the green/yellow/red highlighting on water tests.
- Notes — anything that doesn't belong in another field.
You can edit any of this later from the tank's detail page.
