Log a transaction

Transactions are how Coralynx tracks money: sales, purchases, and trades. You don't have to use them — if you're not selling, just skip this section.

Log a sale

1. Open Transactions in the sidebar and click New.
2. Set the type to Sale.
3. Add line items — each one can be a coral from your inventory or a free-text item.
4. Set price, counterparty (buyer), and any notes.
5. Save.

If a line item is a coral from your inventory, Coralynx will offer to mark it Sold automatically.

Log a purchase

Same flow with type Purchase. Useful for tracking acquisition cost against eventual sale price.

Trades

Type Trade lets you record value flowing both ways — useful for swapping frags with another reefer.

Reports

The Transactions page shows revenue, cost, and net by month. Filters let you slice by counterparty, by tank, or by category.
