Invite your team
Coralynx is built around organizations. Everyone in the organization sees the same tanks, corals, livestock, equipment, and transactions.
How invitations work
- Open Settings → Organization → Members.
- Click Invite member, enter an email, and pick a role.
- We send an email with a one-time accept link. Once they accept, they show up in your members list.
If they already have a Coralynx account, accepting just adds your organization to their org switcher (top-left of the sidebar). If they don't, they'll be walked through signup first.
Roles in short
- Owner — full access, including billing and deleting the organization.
- Admin — full access except billing.
- Member — read and write everything in the org, no member management.
- Viewer — read-only.
