Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers the basics for hobbyists with one tank. See the pricing page on the marketing site for the current limits.

Can I import my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. Most tables in Coralynx — corals, tanks, water tests, transactions — have an Import CSV button at the top. There's a preview step so you can fix column mappings before committing.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Each table supports a CSV export. For a full account export, contact us and we'll send a JSON dump.

Where is my data stored?

In an encrypted database hosted in the EU. Photos are stored in private S3-compatible object storage.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account and use Delete account. We hard-delete your records within 30 days. If you're the only owner of an organization, you'll need to either transfer ownership or delete the organization first.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the Feedback link in the footer. Bugs and ideas go to the same public feedback board.
